I would definitely recommend Restoration Attic. The rep Ivan determined where there were entry points into attic and house that needed to be closed or repaired. He provided a detailed itemized quote for the services. The house was sealed and traps set. He was always prompt to answer my calls and followed up until the issues and rodents were eliminated.

Restoration Attics rep came to access our problems within a few hours after I contacted the company. The prompt service was especially welcomed as icy weather conditions were in the area. The rep examined the attic and determined there was rodent activity present. He examined the exterior of the house to determine where entry of the rodents was possible and what repairs were necessary. He provided digital pictures to show what he had found. After acceptance of his bid, he promptly set animal traps in the attic and completed the exterior repairs. The following day he returned, found a squirrel in one of the cages, and transported said squirrel away from our home. He left remaining traps in the attic and came back a day or two later and removed the empty traps from the attic. Excellent and satisfactory service.
